It amazes me that Alexander Jansson has not yet been grabbed up by a major motion picture company to design characters. His illustrated characters have a beautiful sense of existence. Their personalities seem to come across in every scene.  Each one is able to stand alone, yet together they seem to tell an incredible story. These are the sort of characters that could easily fill the walls of a nursery or the pages of a graphic novel.

Alexander is a freelance artist born in Uppsala, Sweden. He lives and works in Gothenburg at his design studio he calls Sleeping House. He specializes in cover art, illustration, character design, concept art and graphic design.

I would very much so like to visit Granny’s house on the beach or take a bike ride with that friendly looking monster.
